Esdras Betancourt, nació en puerto Rico y ahora reside en Estados Unidos. Te brinda no sólo información sobre la necesidad de la psicologÃa y entender los procesos humanos, si no que te da técnicas efectivas para manejar situaciones diarias de las personas. Mi recomendación es que se de a la tarea de conocer esta disciplina y no se deje llevar por personas que desean desprestigiar una profesión, sólo porque no estan de acuerdo con la misma. Freud no es el único teórico de la PsicologÃa.
