It is truly very insightful and fun to read. We are already almost done with it and then we are going to pick out certain habits to focus on for each of the following weeks. It really shows you how to apply what you are reading and why so many things can go wrong in day to day life with your significant other!

This is a nice book reminding us of how easily we can get into bad relationship habits with our spouse and how to get back on track. Some of the ideas are a little unrealistic or cheesy.
